We have to offer you two twin/double rooms, one triple room, one double/family room, one twin room, one single room, and one standard suite, all decorated according to a contemporary concept.
The twin/double rooms can be changed from two single beds to one double king size bed.
At MouraLua, our focus is your well-being. With us, you won´t be able to stay in our property through the internet because it´s physically impossible, but you can complete the entire check-in process online and settle into your room completely independently. With our key codes, there´s no need to rush to arrive

MouraLua is located in Rua Capitão Mário Alberto Soares Pimentel 7, 2710-589 Sintra.It is a complete Pink building and it stays aside of the Portela old market.
At MouraLua the official check-in period starts at 3pm and goes to 6pm
Yes, for sure!You will be able to arrive at any time after 6pm.To do that you only need to complete your check-in online in time to allow you to receive your access code / Pin code. Then when you arrive you just need to use your access code / pin code to open the main entrance door as well as your room door.
No. MouraLua Sintra Guesthouse does not have a 24-hour reception service.However, we are always available via whatsapp (+351 910 161 690) and we can help you in whatever you need
You can do the check-in online immediately after receiving the link. The link will be emailed to you 2 days before your arrival.If you prefer a simpler and more direct process, you can also contact us via WhatsApp, and we´ll share the link through that channel.
The access code / pin code is generated immediately after you complete your check-in online successfully. Then it will be sent by email on the day of your arrival at 11am.We can also send it trough WhatsApp if you prefer you will only have to request it this way.
At MouraLua the check-out must occur until 11am.
No! No need any special procedures at all. You just need to leave the room and close the door.
Yes you can.If you arrive after 11am and have already completed online check-in, simply use your access code to open the main entrance door. After that, simply go to the closed balcony in front of the kitchen and leave your luggage there. If possible, please share a photo of it via WhatsApp so we can place it in your room when it´s ready.If you arrive early than 11am you need to contact us and we will open the door to you.
Yes you can.On the day of your check-out you can leave as well your luggage with us. You should leave your luggage in the closed balcony in front of the kitchen. When you decide to come back, please contact us 10 min before to allow us to share a new pin code with you.
No. MouraLua doesn't have any private parking. However, there is a small public parking lot very close to our entrance. This parking lot is paid every day of the week from 8am to 8pm, on Saturdays from 8am to 1pm and is completely free on Sundays and holidays.
Yes!To stay at our guesthouse you must agree and accept the following rules in advance:1. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere within the guesthouse;2. It is expressly forbidden to hold parties or other events on the property;3. Pets are not allowed;4. The kitchen should be left clean and tidy after use;5. Noise is not allowed between 10 pm and 7am.Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in cancellation of the reservation without the right to a refund of the amount already paid, especially violation of the smoking ban on the premises.
